You can permanently delete your Petsa account and everything stored with it from inside the app. There is no form to fill in and no waiting period.
Delete from inside the app
- Open Petsa and go to Settings.
- Tap Account.
- Tap Delete Permanently and confirm.
What gets removed
Deletion is immediate and permanent. Once you confirm, the following are erased and cannot be recovered:
- Your pantry inventory: every tracked item, its category, expiry date, and scan history.
- Your profile information: name, email address, avatar, and language preference.
- Your account credentials: the login itself, so you can no longer sign in.
There is no undo and no recovery window. If you want to keep a record of anything, note it down before you delete. We may retain a minimal record only where the law requires it, as described in Section 13.9 of the Terms of Service.
If you cannot open the app
If you have lost your device or cannot sign in, email support@petsa.online from the address on the account and ask for your account to be deleted. We will confirm once it is done.
